  1. Inspect your order upon delivery.
  2. Record an unboxing video immediately to verify the condition of the product.
  3. In case of any damage or incorrect items, contact us within 2 hours of delivery and share the unboxing video.

Return Policy and Cancellation Process

As we Please note that personalized products are non-refundable and non-cancelable.

To cancel your order and request a refund, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order:

Replacement Process

Replacements are available in the following cases:

  • The product is broken.
  • The product was damaged during delivery.
  • You received the wrong product.

Note: All replacement requests must include the unboxing video and be shared with us within 2 hours of delivery on WhatsApp at +91 9074453828.

When emailing, please include:

  1. Your name
  2. Your email address
  3. Your order ID
  4. A description of the issue

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 5-7 working days due to third-party processing times.
